L'antenna è ben costruita come da tradizione Diamond. La ricezione migliore si ottiene solo nella banda aeronautica bassa, trai i 118 e 125 MHz, oltre è meglio utilizzare una DISCONE o antenne per banfa 2 metri (tipo X-50)
