Shipments and returns

The shipment of your package

Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receiving payment and are shipped via BRT with tracking.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage costs. Management costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in a single order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in case of fragile items.

The boxes are adequately large in size and your items are well protected.

We remind our kind customers to ALWAYS sign with "Specific control reserve" at the time of delivery, even if the package is intact.

In case of damage, we will not be able to open a compensation case with the courier in the absence of the specific control reserve.

For cash on delivery orders, in the event of non-delivery, various storage and shipping costs will be required.
