Out-of-StockVantage Vue radio weather station
The Davis Vantage Vue wireless weather station is composed of two elements: the integrated sensor block, called ISS, which includes the external meteorological sensors (temperature, humidity, rain gauge, anemometer) and the console that provides the user interface, atmospheric pressure, the display of data on an LCD display and the calculation of derived parameters.
Communication between the ISS and the console takes place via radio, via a "frequency hopping" transmitter and receiver, CE certified. The maximum transmission distance, as the crow flies, is approximately 300 meters.
By changing the broadcast ID, it is possible to have up to 8 stations coexist in the same geographical area (the Vantage Vue console can also receive and display data from any Davis Vantage Pro2 model).
The console can be powered via alkaline batteries or via a mains adapter (included). The ISS sensor block is completely self-contained, being powered by a small solar panel - with a backup battery (included).
To interface the Vantage Vue to your computer, analyze data or send it over the internet, you need the WeatherLink package
