Carry your radios with you on the plane, train, or on your back.
It can accommodate all portable radios built in the last 10 years, and in particular it is designed for the new series of HF minirigs such as the FT-100 or the IC-706. Also suitable for the FT-817 with its Z-11 tuner.

External dimensions are: 17" H x 8" W x 3" D.
- internal dimensions of the upper radio compartment: 11½" H x 7½" W x 2.5" D.
- dimensions of the bottom compartment for the power supply: 4½" H x 7½"W x 2½"D
*These are "soft" sizes. The WorldPack is not a rigid container, but is constructed with a padded structure. So if your radio is slightly wider on one side or the other, the case will fit well.
In the upper part of the backpack there is a system that allows you to adjust the height of the radio in the compartment. This allows you to raise or lower the radio inside the container, or place it in the best and safest way inside.

Sturdy, made of weatherproof nylon, padded to protect delicate electronic instruments. The contoured shoulder straps are made of mesh mesh and are therefore cool. The backpack is equipped with many attachment points to secure whatever you want to carry; the shoulder straps have a spider web structure with loops to store your portable radios vertically and make them easily accessible from the front. Higher up there is an attachment point to place your GPS, so that the antenna remains completely free towards the sky and avoids interruption of the receiver.

At the bottom there is a separate compartment for the power supply with holes for passing cables. To keep modulation clean in windy mountain areas, we designed a dedicated microphone arrangement to eliminate wind noise. There are also external pockets, straps and slots for multiple antenna elements with a little extra room for your favorite fishing rod.

Looking down the right side, you can see that the antenna is securely stored in a pocket at the bottom with two Velcro straps on the side of the pack. The left side can contain other antennas.

The shaped shoulder straps are very comfortable even when worn for a long time. Cross web straps allow you to attach your PDA or GPS or other devices in the correct position for the antenna. There are other nice details such as the D-ring on the belt adjustment.
