This loaded rotary dipole, in the basic version, actually creates 3 antennas in one. It is defined as modular as it is easily expandable with special kits, in fact it is possible to add one or two more bands, with full size elements, to be chosen between 15 - 12 and 10m. For its construction, quality materials were chosen, in particular the coil supports are made of fiberglass and the windings are made of 2mm copper wire. This configuration allows the use of powers up to 2KW pep, well above the legal limit. Despite being loaded and with a rotation radius of just over 6m, it has a 40m bandwidth of approximately 150Kc. Each band has adjustments to refine the eventual tuning point. In the 6m band, the antenna has a minimum VSWR of approximately 1:1.5 for an optimal bandwidth of approximately 500Kc from 50 to 50.5MhZ. For optimal operation, it is recommended to mount it at a height of at least 4-5 meters from the ground.
