The Heil Proset Elite professional microphone headset represents the top of the headphones Heil. The Proset Elite offers large, padded earcups with covers removable cotton. These headphones offer comfortable use even after long periods time. The audio performance is optimized for voice transmission on the bands amateur, ensuring excellent intelligibility. Like all headphones of the "Proset" series incorporates a switch for changing the phase on of a speaker. The phase switch rotates the audio to one side of the 180° headphone to offer better intelligibility.

Another innovation of the Proset Elite is represented by the new microphone dynamic HC-6, has a wide frequency response ranging from 100 to 12,500 Hz (-3dB) and is particularly suitable for SSB or high fidelity AM and FM. For contests or DX operations, this will be done by adjusting the equalizer of the radio for a closer voice.

For older Icom radios, which require a higher microphone level high, the Proset Elite is also offered in the version with the element electret microphone "IC". This item requires power at 5V, normally available on Icom devices.

The Heil Proset Elite is supplied with a 180cm coiled cable headed with a 3.5 mm mono jack for the microphone and a 3.5 mm stereo jack for headphones. The 6.3 mm stereo jack adapter is included. The Proset Elite Requires adapter part number AD-1-xx for your radio.
