DU TUNER DU 4000 - 3.5 KW automatic antenna tuner from 1.8 to 30 MHz, remotely manageable

The new DU 4000 AL from HA8DU is an interesting automatic antenna tuner operating in the frequency range from 1.8 to 30 MHz that offers advanced features that are truly unique for an antenna tuner.

Its unique features make it, in fact, the station's modern command center for automatic band, antenna and memorized tuning selections. An intuitive 5” five-color touch screen provides complete control, status and metering functionality for all station operations, including frequency readout, forward and reverse power and SWR, “TUNE” electronically variable capacitor control and an eleven-position electronic sensor for inductor selection. The DU 4000 AL also offers full tuning storage for four antennas on the rear panel, as well as direct control of the drive voltage for an external eight-port switch antenna and Stack Match switching. It interfaces with all types of amateur transceivers, with the ability to use an RS-232 interface between Yaesu, Kenwood or Elecraft transceivers and your PC. Or, use the direct Icom “Remote” CI-V input to connect the transceiver to your PC via USB. To top it off, the DU4000 AL can be managed remotely via the Internet via LAN-Ethernet, supported by a Windows application. The DU 4000 AL must be initially programmed for each antenna and each applicable band segment. Subsequent operations on any pre-programmed frequency range, continuously detected by the transceiver interface, will automatically switch to the correct antenna position and stored tuning values, without transmitting. The switching time, less than 0.5 seconds, makes this antenna tuner the ideal partner for contests and DX. The DU 4000 AL is capable of managing a maximum power of 3.5 kW.
