The bhi NES10-2MK4 Amplified DSP Noise Canceling Speaker removes noise and interference from loud vocal signals, allowing you to have a much more enjoyable listening experience. The speaker is compact and easy to use and incorporates the latest high-performance bhi DSP noise cancellation technology. The three-position switch on the top of the speaker controls the following functions: "Off" (audio bypass), "On" (amplified audio), and "DSP" (activated noise cancellation). The speaker has a 5W quality audio amplifier with DSP noise cancellation from 8 to 40 dB across 8 user levels and pitch reduction up to 65 dB. The NES10-2MK4 requires 10 to 18 VDC (500 mA). The speaker has an integral 2m audio cable terminated with a 3.5mm mono jack plug and is equipped with a sturdy metal mounting bracket. There is a 3.5mm mono headphone jack on the side for listening with headphones. The speaker is muted when using headphones and this jack is only at the headphone level and does not drive an extension speaker. The NES10-2MK4 speaker is supplied with a rotary filter selector knob (press into the rear switch), two set screws, 4 self-adhesive rubber feet, user manual and one x 1030-FPL fused DC power cord with tinned bare ends (requires a DC power supply for this cable).

The NES10-2MK4 DSP noise canceling loudspeaker is suitable for use in a wide range of radio communication applications across all radio frequencies and is particularly effective at improving voice quality in amateur and shortwave radio listening. The speaker can be used in a base station environment or used in a vehicle.

The "On" LED lights red when power is applied and turns green when noise cancellation is active. The overload LED lights up if the audio input is overloading the speaker. The output level control allows you to adjust the audio output to suit your conditions.
