The MFJ - 250X it's a dummy load that allows you to tune quickly ! It is possible to make measurements up to 1KW CW or 2 KW PEP for 10 minutes . OR ½ KW CW or 1 KW PEP for 20 minutes . Exercise ​ continuous with 200 Watt CW or 400 Watt PEP . The dummy load comes supplied complete with a curve of downgrading . It uses a non-inductive resistor of quality at 50 Ohm . Use transformer oil ( such as MFJ -21 ) with this load dummy ( not included) .
The MFJ - 250X load dummy has low VSWR up to 400MHz . Under 1.2 : 1 to 30 MHz . 1.5 : 1 times 30 - 300Mhz . 2 : 1 for 300-400MHz . Ideal for testing both HF and VHF systems . It has SO -239 connector and ventilated for the safety . Removable vent cap . Carrying handle . 7 ½ " tall from 6 ? " in diameter .
